Order Processing - Shipping - Delivery
All orders must be pre-paid. Orders received prior to 4:00 PM PST Sunday through Thursday (excluding holidays) will be processed and shipped within 24 hours. The average delivery time is 2-7 business days after shipment We make every effort to ship all orders as fast as possible.
USA customers please note *If paying by Paypal, please select offline payment so avoid duty being added to your order total.
In effort to provide our customers with the best prices and rates online, we have simplified our shipping charges.
Orders under $125.00 will have shipping costs added at the published rates by Expedited Canada Post
Orders over $125.00 (after discounts/coupons and before all taxes)will be shipped free of charge within Canada
Orders from the USA over $175.00 (after discounts/coupons) will be shipped free of charge by Tracked Small Package or Canada.Post Expedited
Orders from the USA under $175.00, shipping costs will be added at check out.
***If you would like Express or Priority Shipping, please select offline payment as your payment choice and we will invoice you with the price for you to approve.
Please select Pay Offline as your payment method. We will invoice you with your total order including true shipping.
We are not responsible for any customs restrictions, tariffs, or other regulations that may apply at Customs in any country. Any duties or taxes that may apply are your responsibility. If you have any questions, we encourage you to speak with your customs office, although we will ship any products you order to the address you provide.
The responsibility is yours to check with your country's customs office to verify that your products can clear customs.
Please keep in mind that once an order has shipped, we cannot change the address information on an international order, and errors here could cause a delivery delay or rejection.

Note: International customers are responsible for ensuring that the products ordered can be lawfully imported to your country. When ordering from Vision Gel Systems, the recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. Orders shipped to countries outside of Canada may be subject to import taxes and customs duties levied by the destination country once a shipment enters the country.
From our experience, most foreign customers are not charged when they receive the shipment, however, any additional charges for customs clearance must be paid by the recipient. Customs policies vary widely from country to country and we recommend contacting your local customs office for further information.
Returns & Replacements
Because of health and safety concerns, returns are not accepted. If there is a problem with the quality your product, we will happily send a replacement.
Damaged products must be reported to us immediately and a replacement will be provided once the damaged item has been returned. Items replaced under warranty, will retain the same warranty period from the original purchase date.
